If you’ve tried Hog Roast Stretford catering before, you already know that you’re in for a treat for your next party or event where it comes to mouthwatering food served by dedicated experts who care. Hog Roast StretfordWe can easily cater a small, intimate affair as we can a huge event with hundreds of guests, either formal or informal, and in any kind of location, as we use our own range of hog roasters that are gas-powered so we don’t need mains electric to cook. In terms of choice and variety, you may well be surprised that we can provide so much more than just our signature hog roasts (which are a feast for all the senses if you do choose one for your guests to devour!)

Hog Roast Stretford catering can be anything you want, from a main to a main with a side or two or a multi-course menu featuring a drinks reception and welcome canapés, as well as starters, sides and desserts along with a main or two. We’re all-inclusive in terms of alternatives, so guests on special diets or those who prefer a different meat can all be catered for, just with advance notice. Plus we even offer speciality menus, like our Southern Slow Roast, which features three marinated meats and four sides, or our Loaded Fries, which are topped with beef or pork, slaw and cheese.

Hog Roast Stretford catered a small group of guests for a milestone 50th birthday yesterday, where we cooked up a delightful centrepiece hog roast for all of the guests, made into our famed pigs in buns. After freshly prepping the meat at the venue and then letting it sizzle away for hours on end, we filled soft wraps and rolls with pork and crackling, as well as our homemade stuffing and apple sauce, and then it was finally time for everyone to dig in.
