When you think of spring, nothing is more fitting as a main course than our tender spring lamb, which is studded with garlic and rosemary before being slowly spit roasted and then served with mint sauce. Pairing the lamb with a medley of seasonal vegetables and buttery new potatoes completes the perfect spring main course. We also have plenty of fresh and vibrant spring starters and desserts as the ideal beginning and end to your meal, including a starter of Scottish Smoked salmon dressed with seasonal leaves and a dill and mustard dressing, and a decadent yet light dessert of profiteroles, chocolate sauce and whipped cream.
