- Book Hog Roast Hyde – this involves a Hog Roast Hyde chef coming to your venue with the full menu, setting up a gazebo and serving your customers. The menu includes a slowly roasted whole pig sitting in a bed of sage and onion stuffing with the most incredible crispy crackling. The succulent meat and flavourful stuffing are served in a roll or wrap of the guest’s choice. Favourite rolls are cheesy, soft white and sweet chilli wraps.
