If you’re thinking of hiring caterers to provide the food for your next party or event, Hog Roast Stretford is an excellent choice for many reasons. One of those reasons is our amazing, tasty, homemade food, which our long-term customers come back for again and again, and they also do so because of our first-class service too.
We’ve spent years making sure that we attend to the wants and needs of our customers and their guests, and that’s partly by ensuring that everyone can eat our food. You may have invited some guests who prefer to eat something other than a hog roast, so we have plenty of other menus to choose from, including spit-roasted meat, barbecued meat and our fabulous Southern Slow Roast Menu, with no less than three meats and four sides. You may also need to cater for guests with dietary requirements, like vegetarian, plant-based or gluten-free. Just let us know in advance and we can make that happen.
When Hog Roast Stretford catered Jenny and Robert’s wedding anniversary party yesterday, it was with our scrumptious hog roast rolls for most for the forty guests of friends and family members but we also provided a vegetarian option too. While we can make various suitable dishes like burgers, stuffed vegetables or quiche, our veggie skewers are extremely popular. To make them, we grill halloumi, mushrooms, tomatoes, red onion, courgette and mixed peppers, then serve with pitta bread and a Tzatziki dip; after hearing about this option, Jenny and Robert knew their vegetarian guests would love them.
It came round to the day of the party and our Hog Roast Stretford chef and catering assistants arrived several hours before service. You may be surprised by this but a hog roast can’t be rushed! After lovingly preparing the local, high-quality meat, it then takes hours to roast it to perfection, while we can keep a watchful eye on it.
On this sunny day, our team worked hard to create a delicious feast for the couple and their guests, and by the end of service, the hog had been stripped clean and the skewers had all been happily devoured too.
