We perfected our own menus a long time ago but the trick is that we allow our customers the flexibility to decide on the elements that will make their own ideal one if preferred, so you can choose your favourite main from various tasty possibilities, add sides, starters, desserts or welcome canapés and refreshments to suit, and then just sit back and wait for the day that we turn up and freshly prepare, cook and serve you and your guests.

In terms of main courses, we don’t just cook our signature food of hog roast centrepieces, as you can instead decide on a spit-roasted alternative such as lamb, beef or poultry if you prefer, and that’s whether you’d like yours served with floury rolls and wraps, or with fresh salads and homemade coleslaw, or alongside potatoes, vegetables and gravy. Either way, your main course will be accompanied by our gorgeous trimmings, like our homemade apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing with a hog roast, cranberry sauce and stuffing with turkey, Yorkshire puddings and gravy with beef or Yorkshires and mint sauce with lamb.
