The pair are finally tying the knot this June and are over the moon to be getting married in a renovated farm yard, with a wonderful outdoor area for the ceremony. The reception is set to take place in a converted barn, which is going to be decorated with a rustic theme, including hay bales and plenty of floral arrangements. For the catering, Hog Roast Old Trafford has been hired to provide a delicious buffet for the guests to enjoy, followed by a dessert course. This will be a perfect addition to the special day and is sure to keep everyone fuelled for an evening of fun and celebrations.

On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Old Trafford team will be arriving at the venue in the morning to give us plenty of time to prepare for the 6:00pm mealtime. We will begin by slow-roasting the hog and ensuring that it is cooked to perfection before it will be expertly carved by our chef. The sliced meat will then be served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will also be serving pork sausages, veggie sausages, homemade chips, and a selection of salad dishes to create a well-rounded and filling evening buffet.

Following the mains, the guests will be able to choose between sticky toffee pudding and individual cheesecakes for dessert. Every dish will be accompanied by English cream and fresh berries to create a beautiful and elegant final course.
