In preparation for the Easter weekend, Hog Roast Altrincham was hired to cater for a seasonal event taking place at a town hall. The event was being hosted for local people of all ages to enjoy and included a visit from the easter bunny, themed party games, and a delicious meal served by our team. For the catering, it was decided that a classic hog roast would be ideal if accompanied by a few other dishes. All of our menus can be customised to suit your needs and the Hog Roast Altrincham team was more than happy to get involved with this event!

On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Altrincham team arrived at the venue in the morning and began setting up for the midday serving time. We started our prep by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it over five hours to cook to perfection. Additionally, we roasted succulent pork sausages and veggie sausages to ensure that there was a main dish for every guest to enjoy. The guests enjoyed the mains with fresh bread rolls accompanied by sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. For the side dishes, we provided homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a selection of seasonal salad dishes. This created a delicious and varied meal and was a great addition to the event. The Hog Roast Altrincham team enjoyed spending Easter with so many friendly faces and it was great to see our menu being enjoyed!
